Born in The Bronx, NY, I spent a lot of my childhood moving around as a military brat living in Kansas, Colorado, Panama, Germany, North Carolina, and finally South Carolina which is where I have called home for the last 30 years. I have a very close knit and big family with 6 siblings, 3 amazing kids, and not to mention 3 adorable grandchildren! 

After graduating college with a degree in business administration, I went to work with a contractor on Fort Jackson as an administrative assistant. I then worked at Hopkins Middle School as a secretary and also coached their step team! I got to experience the manufacturing culture by working in quality at a pharmaceutical company. Lastly, I worked for Blue Cross Blue Shield where I received 3 STAR awards for excellent customer service. 

Having the experience of insurance culture on the health side and a desire to work with the public again, I knew The ART of Insurance would provide me with the growth, work culture, and challenges I so longed for to further my career. I am eager to learn more about the business while obtaining my license so that I can help clients with all of their insurance needs!

My free time is spent enjoying a good book, writing, spending time with friends and family, and singing karaoke! When I can, I volunteer with feeding the homeless and helping with the WG Sanders Middle School annual pageant for their STEMS program.
